Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains

originally aired 2/11/2010-5/16/2010

The order in which players left the game, and the impact they left behind:

  • Sugar (Heroes; Gabon) Couldn't possibly have replicated her prior success.
  • Stephenie (Heroes; Palau) Clearly needed to be eliminated.
  • Randy (Villains; Gabon) Probably did him a favor.
  • Cirie (Heroes; Panama) Glad to see her go quickly.
  • Tom (Heroes; Palau) Couldn't possibly have improved on his last experience.
  • Tyson (Villains; Tocantins) Did about as well as he could.
  • James (Heroes; China) Try as he might, just can't do what it takes to win this game.
  • Boston Rob (Villains; Marquesas) Could not survive a true villain.
  • Coach (Villains; Tocantins) Could not survive a true villain.
  • Courtney (Villains; China) Could not survive a true villain.
  • J.T. (Heroes; Tocantins) Could not survive a true villain.
  • Amanda (Heroes; China) Could not survive a true villain.
  • Candice (Heroes; Cook Islands) Could not survive a true villain.
  • Danielle (Villains; Panama) Could not survive a true villain.
  • Rupert (Heroes; Pearl Islands) Could not survive a true villain.
  • Colby (Heroes; Australian Outback) Could not survive his own aging body.
  • Jerri (Villains; Australian Outback) Could not survive a true villain.
  • Russell (Villains; Samoa) Once again the consummate villain.
  • Parvati (Villains; Cook Islands) Made it to the finals again.
  • Sandra (Villains; Pearl Islands) Proof of the pudding, considered a villain, but still at best an alternative rather than a true winner, because again a jury wouldn't vote Russell to win, and Parvati this time was all but cancelled out.  It's just sad to me that Sandra managed to win twice by default.

Survivor: Micronesia - Fans vs. Favorites

originally aired 2/7/2008-5/11/2008

The order in which players left the game, and the impact they left behind:

  • Jonny Fairplay (Malakal; Pearl Islands) He could never live up to his own hype anyway.
  • Mary (Airai) A hapless fan.
  • Yau-Man (Malakal; Fiji) He could never live up to his own hype, either.
  • Mikey B (Airai) A hapless fan.
  • Joel (Airai) A hapless fan.
  • Jonathan (Malakal; Cook Islands) Evacuated, but still worth a million.
  • Chet (Airai) A hapless fan.
  • Kathy (Airai) A hapless fan.
  • Tracy (Airai) A hapless fan.
  • Ami (Malakal; Vanuatu) About as successful as last time.
  • Eliza (Malakal; Vanuatu) About as successful as last time.
  • Ozzy (Malakal; Cook Islands) Not as successful as last time.
  • Jason (Airai) A hapless fan.
  • James (Malakal; China) Evacuated before he could give up immunity at tribal council.
  • Alexis (Airai) A hapless fan.
  • Erik (Airai) The ultimate hapless fan, who did what James didn't have the chance to do this season, give up immunity at tribal council.
  • Natalie (Airai) A hapless fan.
  • Cirie (Malakal; Panama) About the same as last time.
  • Amanda (Malakal; China) Unfortunately the same rotten luck with the jury as last time.
  • Parvati (Malakal; Cook Islands) Even though I would have preferred to see Amanda win, Parvati is still a worthy winner.

Survivor: Cook Islands

originally aired 9/14/2006-12/17/2006

The order in which players left the game, and the impact they left behind:

  • Sekou (Manihiki) [...]
  • Billy (Aitukaki) Would-be lothario.  Completely clueless.
  • Cecilia (Aitutaki) [...]
  • J.P. (Aitutaki) [...]
  • Stephannie (Manihiki) [...]
  • "Cao Boi" (Puka Puka) The outcast who is perfectly at peace with himself.  Completely outrageous and completely awesome.
  • Cristina (Aitutaki) Wrong season for this whole tribe (except one)
  • Jessica (Rarotonga) Wrong tribe.
  • Brad (Puka Puka) Survived Cao Boi's healing techniques, but not the rest of the tribe.
  • Rebecca (Manihiki) Victim of another hapless tribe.
  • Jenny (Puka Puka) Last expendable member of the tribe.
  • Nate (Manihiki) Another tribemate down.
  • Candace (Rarotonga) Tried to make a big move.  Didn't work.
  • Jonathan (Rarotonga) Same as above.  Infinitely more memorable.
  • Parvati (Raratonga) Another infinitely memorable player.  This season's Survivor sweetheart, though not so innocent.
  • Adam (Raratonga) On the wrong side of the numbers.
  • Sundra (Manihiki) On the wrong side of the numbers.
  • Becky (Puka Puka) She wasn't Yul.
  • Ozzy (Aitutaki) One of the most competitive players ever.  Got plenty more chances to compete.
  • Yul (Puka Puka) A deserving winner who knew exactly how to play.
